Notice Now understands that situations may arise where you need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.

Materials:

• Vinyl (Radium, Retro Reflective, Night Glow): Non-refundable due to custom cutting for your specific needs.
• Sunboard: Non-refundable.

Refundable Materials (50% only):

• PVC / Clear Acrylic
• ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel)

Cancellation Window:

A full refund will be issued for any order cancelled before we begin processing your materials. This typically occurs within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Cancellation After Processing Begins:
If you cancel your order after processing begins (cutting of materials), a 50% refund will be issued for the refundable materials (PVC / Clear Acrylic & ACP) only. Vinyl and Sunboard costs are non-refundable.

Example:

• You place an order for a safety sign that includes Radium Vinyl on Sunboard. The total cost is ₹100 (₹50 for Vinyl and ₹50 for Sunboard).
• If you cancel the order before processing begins, you will receive a full refund of ₹100.
• If you cancel the order after processing begins, you will receive a partial refund of ₹25 (50% of the ₹50 cost of PVC / Clear Acrylic or ACP).
