2. Replacements:

• We will offer replacements for products that are damaged during shipping only.
  

3. Claiming a Replacement:

• To claim a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• You will need to provide photos clearly showing the damaged product and packaging.
• You can directly submit photo & other query from your dashboard. 

4. Return Shipping & Taxes:

• The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs associated with claiming a replacement.
• Any applicable taxes on the replacement product will also be the customer's responsibility.

5. Exceptions:

• We reserve the right to deny replacements for damages that appear to be caused by misuse or improper handling after receipt.
